Working on cardio once or twice a week is something I really prefer and running especially.
Today we ran a 10K in a 6min per K speed.
As I ran with my partner today, for me it was a challenge to keep up with my partner’s speed. Which is a good practise because it’s helping you to improve your speed. This seems to be a contradiction but according to Nils de Rijk on Prorun.nl (in dutch part 1, part 2, part 3 and part 4) . #SlowIsTheNewFast
