Yesterday after our run, we found that the muscle strain made it very difficult to move around. So we started to work on our recovery by having a short hike to keep the muscles moving, took some magnesium and decided that today was a rest and recovery day.
I had an early start at 7am with a 10-minute swim in the lake before we needed to head to our meeting at the bank to discuss our mortgage. Besides the swimming, no special physical activity was done today.
Tomorrow we are expecting to a I-go-U-go WOD from my head coach at the box.
