Leg Day

Today I returned to training at my Box.

After Warming up, two strength trainings for the legs were programmed.

  1. 10 sets of
    • 10 reps of Front Squats at 65% of your 1RM
      • stay 2 secs down at the bottom)
      • did it with 30kg
    • 10 reps of Strict Press at 65% of your 1RM
      • did it with 25kg
  2. 5 sets of 5 reps of Sumo Deadlifts
    • Increase the weight with every rep
    • did 6 sets with resp. 60-65-70-80-85-90kg
