Today I returned to training at my Box.
After Warming up, two strength trainings for the legs were programmed.
- 10 sets of
- 10 reps of Front Squats at 65% of your 1RM
- stay 2 secs down at the bottom)
- did it with 30kg
- 10 reps of Strict Press at 65% of your 1RM
- did it with 25kg
- 10 reps of Front Squats at 65% of your 1RM
- 5 sets of 5 reps of Sumo Deadlifts
- Increase the weight with every rep
- did 6 sets with resp. 60-65-70-80-85-90kg
