  • 11 Chest to Bars
  • 11 Power Cleans (50kg)
  • 11 Handstand Pushups (kipping with 2 ab mats)
  • 11 KettleBelt swings (28kg)
  • 11 Toe to Bars
  • 11 Deadlifts (60kg)
  • 11 Push Jerks (40kg)
  • 1000m Run+1000mRow
