The WOD we did today was an adjusted MURPH WOD which is designed with Air Squats which we replaced by Knee to Chest because we did already a lot of leg work yesterday. We didn’t use any weight vest, scaled and did breakup the WOD). We did the WOD on the beach of Calpe at the training outdoor place.

- 100 pull-ups (jumping)
- 200 push-ups
- 100 knee to chest
- 1 mile run
We did breakup the pull-ups, pushups and knee to chest in 10 rounds of:
- 10 jumping pull-ups
- 10 push-ups
- 10 knee to chest
- 10 push-ups
