A rest day ….

As a beginner it’s essential to have after 2 or 3 days of training a rest day. But also more experienced athletes should have a rest day on a regular basis.

Today my rest day was all about travelling by car and have a meeting, socialise, shopping and write content.

Not my type of day, without any physical activity, but sometimes it is what it is.
