Todays WOD was a combination of 2.

A) Runs and Jump

  • 1600m Run
  • 200 Single Unders
  • 1200m Run
  • 150 Single Unders
  • 800m Run
  • 100 Single Unders
  • 400m Run
  • 50 SIngle Unders

B) 3 Tabata’s (each 8 reps of 20secs work and 10 secs rest)

  • Knee raises
  • Single leg squats (on a bench)
  • Elevated Push-ups
