Today we had a WOD on our program I found at The BOX Programming in their Instagram posts.

The WOD is a “I-GO-YOU-GO” workout for 2.

  • 15 Air Squats
  • 15 Butterfly Sit-ups
  • 9 Burpees
  • 6 Pushups
  • 3 Pull-ups

20 Rounds in total
