Run – Exercise and repeat

Run 600m and perform an exercise from below list and walk 1:15 minute before you start the next cycle of running and exercise. The exercise is done 45 seconds. We added 1.6K running after performing the last exercise so in total we ran 7K .

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Air Squats
  • Mountain Climbers
  • High knee taps
  • Heel taps
  • Lung steps
  • Shoulder taps
  • Inch worms

As buy-out exercises we performed 2x 5 pike ups and free handstands.
